The Charlottenburg Campus is a real-world laboratory for climate protection and climate adaptation. Thanks to EU funding, the existing buildings on the TU campus can now be developed according to the “Sponge City” principle and become a venue for research and teaching in a real-world laboratory setting. The preliminary design is nearly complete, and we are developing the operational and management plans in collaboration with various departments. We welcome a wide range of participation! Just reach out to us, and we’ll show you the current status of implementation and our plans. The IBC tanks, which will retain rainwater above ground in the future, are already on site. We’re looking forward to construction and transformation!
