On April 15, 2024, we harvested our MensaFarm at Cafáneo in the main library of TU Berlin and the Berlin University of the Arts (UdK) for the first time. The Department of Education for Sustainable Nutrition and Food Science and StadtManufaktur jointly operate the hydroponic vertical farm.

On March 6, 2024, the MensaFarm was set up in the cafenero at the University Library of TU Berlin and the Berlin University of the Arts and freshly planted for spring. Our “Edible Campus” Real-World Lab is taking shape!
On March 19, 2024, StadtManufaktur at the Science & Society Office will host a Walk & Talk campus tour from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with key representatives from the Federal Ministry for the Environment (BMUV) and the Federal Environment Agency (UBA).
On November 15, 2023, we held our first workshop for the participatory further development of the digital data table with approximately 30 colleagues from various departments and disciplines at TU Berlin and the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf district. The data table is being further developed as a web-based participation and scenario-planning tool within the ClimateHOOD_CampusPARK_Charlottenburg project.
